The West Saigon Business Association was established under Decision No. 215/QD-HHDN dated June 25, 2025 of the Ho Chi Minh City Business Association, on the basis of merging the Business Associations of Binh Tan District, District 7, District 8 and Binh Chanh District, as a social-professional organization, gathering businesses operating in production and business in and outside the West of Ho Chi Minh City. The Association was established with the aim of strengthening connections, creating favorable conditions for transitional businesses to participate, expand the scale of operations, enhance the role and position of the business community
