WEST SAIGON BUSINESS ASSOCIATION (WESBA) was established in 2025, on the basis of merging local Business Associations including: Binh Tan District Business Association, District 7 Business Association, District 8 Business Association and Binh Chanh District Business Association. This unification aims to form a larger representative organization, promote combined resources and strengthen the strength of the business community in the West Saigon area.

WESBA acts as a strategic bridge between members and state management agencies and domestic and foreign organizations. The Association represents and protects the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises, while facilitating the development of production and business within the legal framework. In addition, WESBA is a forum for association – cooperation – development, gathering knowledge, resources and experience from many leading enterprises. WSBA actively promotes policy dialogue, removes difficulties and creates a transparent and effective business environment.

With the motto of action “COOPERATION – SUCCESS – DEVELOPMENT”, WESBA has gradually affirmed its role as a reliable and professional representative organization, receiving high appreciation from functional agencies, international partners and the business community in the West Saigon area.
